If you are a California resident and a LensCrafters, Sunglass Hut, Pearle Vision, Target Optical, Sears Optical, Macy's Optical, or ContactsDirect customer, you have the right to request information from ContactsDirect about the way in which ContactsDirect shares certain categories of your personal information with affiliated Luxottica Retail companies for their direct marketing purposes. LensCrafters, Sunglass Hut, Pearle Vision, Target Optical, Sears Optical, Macy's Optical or ContactsDirect does not currently actively respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals or mechanisms.

California law provides that you have the right to submit a request to ContactsDirect at CAPrivacyPolicy@luxotticaretail.com and receive the following information:

1) the covered categories of personal information disclosed by ContactsDirect to affiliated Luxottica Retail brands for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, and

2) the names of the affiliated companies sharing the Luxottica Retail name which received such information.

You are entitled to receive a copy of this information in a standardized format, and the information will not be specific to you individually.
